How to use this package?

Relax+ - Take 3 capsules spread throughout the day with plenty of water. We recommend two capsules after breakfast and one capsule after dinner.

Magnesium & Taurine - Take 2 tablets spread over the day. Use one tablet after breakfast and one tablet after dinner.

Sleep and Mood Premium - Take 2 capsules 45 minutes before going to bed. Try to go to bed around 22:00-23:00 and try to sleep at regular times. If 2 capsules are not enough, you can increase the dosage to 3 or maximum 4 capsules.
