To settle
You can enter the discount code on the page where you enter the address details. On the mobile phone, you first open a window at the top of this page.
You will receive free shipping on orders over 39 EUR. If the amount falls below 39 EUR after using the discount code, shipping costs will be charged. You can avoid this by placing an order of 39 EUR.
Due to a small error in our system, this unfortunately sometimes happens. Just finish the order and send an email to klantenservice@natuurlijkpresteren.nl - we will then refund the shipping costs within a few days.

Dispatch
We do not ship directly to a collection point. In the emails you receive from DHL, you will be given the option to select a collection point.
If you place an order on a working day before 9:00 PM, we will ship your package the same day.
Delivery times:
Netherlands = 1 working day
Belgium = 1 - 2 working days
Germany = 1 - 3 working days
Rest of EU = 2 - 9 working days

Sometimes a package is delivered to the wrong address (in the street). We advise you to wait 2 working days. Have you not received the package yet? We will solve it. Send an email to klantenservice@natuurlijkpresteren.nl
If it has been more than 3 working days and you still have not received anything, please send an email to klantenservice@natuurlijkpresteren.nl
We will then look into what happened to your order and we will resolve it properly, guaranteed.
return
You can only return unopened packages within 14 days. Send an email to klantenservice@natuurlijkpresteren.nl
You will then receive instructions on how to return. After returning, you will receive the amount back on your account within 1 week.
